The bottom of the spine pushed in very slightly, pages beginning to tan very lightly as is common with this book; closed quarter-inch tear bottom right corner of jacket front, closed eighth-inch tear bottom left corner of jacket front, both with very minor creasing, minor chipping at back flap corners and bottom of spine.

The bottom corner of back board is bumped, spine very lightly pushed in top and bottom, pages beginning to tan very lightly as is common with this book; jacket shows very minor wear to edges at spine and corners, with some yellowing to flaps and a few very slight indentations on back.




James Lee Burke, BLACK CHERRY BLUES. Little, Brown, 1989, $80.00 (signed first edition, F/F). The book is fine with the exception of a red remainder mark on bottom of page edges; jacket is excellent condition, particularly for one that chipped easily, with a small, barely noticeable surface scratch on the spine.

The pages and boards are clean, slight fading to front board, bottom half-inch, slight fading to spine and to very top edge of boards; slight creasing to jacket spine at bottom and very top edge, slight rubbing to back of jacket and a couple small indentations to jacket back.
