As you know, we have not raised our shipping rates in two years. Sadly, all good things come to an end…because all carriers have increased rates and added surcharges to residential addresses over that period, we will have to set the following rates as of April 1, 2009. Priority mail and international mail rates are dictated by number of books and weight, so please inquire. If it is possible to ship to a business address or using USPS, we both can keep costs to a minimum.

DOMESTIC SURFACE – FEDERAL EXPRESS:

Residential Addresses – shipping charges are $8.75 for the first hardcover book; two books are $10.50, and $1.50 for each additional hardcover or trade paperback. Larger/heavier than average books will be slightly more. Insurance over $100 is $1.50 for each $100.

Business Addresses – First book is $6.50; each additional book is $1.50. Insurance over $100 is $1.50 for each $100.

U.S. POSTAL SERVICE – The first book is $6.50; each additional book is $1.50. Insurance over $50 is $1.50 for each $50 increment.

International rates are dictated by weight and destination.
